Jessica Noble is a former Vice President of Human Resources for a local bank in the Tampa Bay area, where she led HR strategy, people relations and organizational development initiatives across the organization. In her 10+ years in Human Resources, she earned multiple accolades, including the Senior Certified Professional Certification through SHRM, and more recently her Certified Professional Life Coach Certification through CLCI.

In 2024, she decided to follow her passion for coaching and launched JBN Coaching & Consulting, where she partners with entrepreneurs and career professionals to help them reach their potential and actualize success, on their terms.

In addition to coaching, she works with organizations as an independent HR consultant and contractor to improve workplace culture, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
